Where is QnA section on the site?
Can you give me proper guidance for how to start to study
Start with NCERT of Class 6-12 for Political Science (you will feel that some things are out of place but trust me just go through it once).
After Ncerts you can start with the Topics present here.
First Start Western Political Thought
Second Political Ideologies.
I can go on but how about you do these things first and then i will tell you the rest.
P.S. all the things i mentioned above will take you more than a month of two.
Can you please lower the cost of the pdf notes please ??????
I think the free content has pretty great standard too.

I am a beginner…. I find this material really comfortable…. but
Is this material enough for UPSC PSIR optional or should I also go through extra books…. Because lot of books are being recommended.. I am confused with that books
Hi Saranya, We have tried to be comprehensive in our notes. We’ve even added some topics/subtopics which were not there in original notes. So there is no need to go through extra books than this. However, you do need to stay updated with current political happenings, both domestic and international. And books can be read to broaden your understanding. Personally I would recommend to read entire notes at least twice. Go through PYQs on topics and if you feel there is some question which cannot be answered based on notes, look for extra material for that topic and add it… Read more »
Thank u sooo much….. Good content and format…. Happy to find this website… Thank you for ur hardwork
Actually there is no difference in both the notes in terms of content. There is, however slight difference in terms of presentation. The pdf notes contain images of scholar and presentation is uniform throughout.
Further we’ve made the facility available since many students prefer to study offline.
You can also get an idea about notes by downloading sample content available in each section on https://products.politicsforindia.com
What is the difference between the content on the site & in the pdf notes?

no need to carry heavy books
no need to go through all recommended books
just click to ‘politicsforindia ‘
Thank you Gajanan.. We also encourage you to participate in QA discussions for further solidifying knowledge.
if you add MCQ to all parts , it will be great help
Yes. We are going to do that…
your content is very good . but it seeks some updation …
in Indian political thought = Sri Aurobindo add what is views on cultural
nationalism and his views on swarajya .
Topic Rights = add what is three generation of rights and doctrine of
rights as trumps and what is cultural nationalism.
TOPIC Theory of Justice = add what is social justice , political justice , economic justice , legal justice , what is rule of law , also add Distributive justice + substantive justice + procedural justice
We’ve updated everything you suggested Akash. Please re-visit the topics to receive updated content.
Regarding Aurobindo – everything is there in present content, but probably it needs to be labeled more properly from our end. It will be done.
