Making Best Use of PSIR Current Affairs 2025
If you’re preparing for this years’ Mains exam (or Mains 2026), please pay close attention to what’s written ahead.
This is a compilation of 15 most important topics from the perspective of PSIR 2025 Mains exam. We’ve chosen all the topics based on suggestions received from various students like you. Thus, there is good probability of a direct question being asked in PSIR, or in GS2 from the topics given in this book.

Your Suggestions for PSIR Current Affairs 2025
With Mains 2025 (and beyond) in mind, we are writing above articles for the purpose of PSIR Optional Current Affairs. We will be writing about 2 articles per week so that by 10th August all the intended articles are done. We are only choosing topics which are important from PSIR perspective.
UPSC asks around 4-5 current affairs based questions (out of 56) in PSIR. These topics are not only from the preceding year, but stretches to last 2-3 years. Accordingly we’ve chosen above as the most important topics for PSIR Current Affairs.
As you must be aware, we also had sought input from you all regarding inclusion of topics in above list for PSIR Current Affairs 2025. We received good feedback in form of emails replies, Telegram messages and also as you can see below, the comments on this post. Accordingly, following two topics have been included in the above list of PSIR Current Affairs.
